Taiwan boasts a mountainous landscape with more than 200 peaks summiting over 9,000 feet. With elevated geographical wonders and a profound tea culture tradition, it houses the most diverse and rarest teas in the world. The spectrum expands from green tea, lightly oxidized oolong, roasted oolong to black tea, arguably a gem of the tea world.
We fell in love with unearthing the subtle differences in texture, taste, and complexity. That’s why we proudly serve small-lot, single-origin Taiwanese tea. We searched across the blooming hills and vegetated mountains on the island to find out the purest and the most impressive leaves. Every batch is carefully selected, taste-tested, and labeled individually.
However, the younger generation is forgetting the significance and subtlety of tea. We hope to kindle the classic tea spirit by focusing on place (origin) and time (solar terms). We vision a new generation of tea-lovers, not only in Taiwan but also to invite the world to explore together.
